Healthcare Resource Providers focuses on providing meaningful, data-driven recommendations designed to achieve results. Our scope of services ranges from project-based analysis to ongoing support of physician leaders and new managers. We normally maintain one long-term management contract to ensure our knowledge remains current and our ideas can be tested in a real working environment. The business environment for radiology is rapidly changing, highly demanding and unforgiving.
Our subject matter expertise is the result of hands-on management as well as work with numerous practices, billing companies, imaging centers and hospitals on a project basis. We have also been engaged by several leading software developers to develop marketing resources, analyze system workflow and advise on compliance issues.
Our leaders are hands-on professionals, supported by a select group of experienced front line billing/collections specialists.
