Strategic Planning Retreats

Our strategic planning focuses on the identification of practice priorities and development of an action plan—not on a day of “feel good” exercises (although most groups have responded positively regarding the interpersonal dynamics of the process).

The process begins with the completion of a practice profile and a questionnaire by physicians and managers, which guides the planning of the retreat and the identification of priorities. 

This is your meeting!  During the day of the retreat, we facilitate the process, keep things moving and guide conversation so decisions can be made and action steps identified.  We normally see physicians and managers leave the meeting with a sense of direction and reasonable consensus on environmental issues (quality of life, etc).
