That lets us assemble a team of professionals who can respond to your unique requirements. HRP affiliates and strategic partners must consistently demonstrate the same guiding values of integrity, quality and service.

Compensation
Fees & Expenses	Most of the time our fees are quoted by the project, based on the estimated number of hours involved. You know in advance what your costs will be unless you significantly change the project specifications. Time outside the stated project parameters is spent only at your request and billed at an hourly rate. In addition, we charge you at our net cost for the following: travel-related expenses (air fares, rental car, parking, hotel, meals, etc.), large-quantity photocopying, long distance costs, postage/shipping and office costs related to additional report copies. (Two copies of the final report are included in the project costs). Practice management, including virtual management, is billed monthly based upon an agreed-upon scope of work and budgeted hours.

Payment Arrangements	A portion of our fee is due when the project is approved, with the balance due when a final report is delivered. Expenses may be billed as incurred. Longer term projects (such as expert witness work) and/or management agreements are billed and paid monthly.

Availability	While we attempt to be responsive in our scheduling, all of our work is customized and we are fortunate to have been consistently busy since we began consulting. Often project work is scheduled several months in advance.
