Operational Assessments

The operational assessment provides a broader scope of review and is tailored to meet the needs of your organization.  Typically the review includes an assessment of billing effectiveness but expands to include contracting, imaging center operations, an analysis of non-physician overhead compared to revenue and a review of overall operational efficiency.

This program is well-suited for the more complex practice that may include both hospital-based and imaging center operations.  Since there are different success factors for these lines of business, it is important to recognize these differences, review their relationship within the practice and ensure that the entire practice is structured for success. 

The consulting team for this project includes a radiologist familiar with imaging center operations, workflow issues and related privacy and security risks.  The composition of the team and the length of time on site are determined by practice complexity and travel requirements.
